the hosted Childcare Package
Deposit by Host • Per-Child Pricing for Guests
The host is required to pay a $250 registration fee to reserve the date and secure our services. Following this, each attending guest/parent must complete registration and pay a $25 fee per child. This fee covers Nanny Services for up to five (5) hours.

Professional care for events with 10+ children
For corporate events and large gatherings, a childcare deposit of $450–$800 is required to reserve your event date and allow our team to thoughtfully plan your childcare services. This includes staffing coordination and on-site setup tailored to your event. A minimum coverage of four hours is required, with the option to add additional hours as needed. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of event staffing and becomes non-refundable within 30 days of the scheduled event, as our caregivers and resources are secured specifically for your event. Starting at $200 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours or Flat Rate of $1,000 - $2,000 per entirety of event .
Host Deposit
To reserve your childcare team, the event host pays a deposit. This deposit is fully refundable if the event is canceled more than two weeks prior to the scheduled date. If the cancellation occurs within two weeks of the event, the deposit is non-refundable, as our caregivers and resources have already been allocated.
Guest Payments
Guests register their children in advance and pay a per-child fee. These payments are fully refundable if childcare services are canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made after this 24-hour window are non-refundable, as staffing has already been assigned to accommodate the registered children.
What happens next?
Once the host completes registration, we will provide a QR code and/or registration link to share with guests. After each child is registered, the host will receive a confirmation text for added peace of mind.
