Packages

BLUE PRINT - $175

Blueprint services are provided during the time of your consultation. During this time, all of your thoughts and wishes will be put onto paper (wish list). We will then transfer them into a BLUEPRINT of your event.  On this BLUEPRINT will be all of your inspirations, ideas, visuals, and links for all your event needs.  Within 3 weeks of the contract, an electronic “BLUEPRINT” will be provided/emailed to you. 

  • Initial complimentary consultation
  • Available through phone, email, and face to face meetings (as needed)
  • During the consultation, we will discuss & create ideas such as. . . . . . 
  • Your overall vision, style, likes, dislikes, color palette, wants, and needs
  • Ideas for the event, ceremony, and reception décor look 
  • Provide distinctive ideas, personal touches, and dimensions to the overall vision 
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions on designers in floral, lighting, & physical components like furniture, drapery, flow lighting, and custom work. 
  • Research any necessary printed stationery, save-the-dates, invitations, escort & place cards, programs,  menus, specialty signage, etc. 
  • Research, assist and provide recommendations in vendor selections. Included but not limited to; venue,  entertainment, florist, photography/videography, baker, caterers, transportation, officiate, prop rentals,  etc... 
  • Suggest and discuss ideas regarding tableware, table space, decorations, centerpieces, focal point table, guest book table, place card table, favor selection, theme-based items, etc. 
  • Browse and recommend shops for specific items via the internet and specialty shops  
  • Review details of any rentals, all décor props included but not limited to; lounge furniture, specialty linens, tableware, fabric draping, chair covers, etc.
  • Provide recommendations for hotel accommodations for you and your guests
  • Discuss & create ideas for out-of-town gift bags, welcome baskets, etc. 
  • Assist with professional vendor selections 
  • Assist for out of town guests' hotel selection, block rooms/details 
  • Coordination of transportation for party and guests

RESERVATION - $300

The Reservation - Partial Event Planning (Tighten Up Loose Ends)


This is the solution for those who do not want or need to work with a full-service event planner to organize their event. However, would like to ensure that all of their plans are executed effortlessly. Designed to assist you with all the details of your event, and any planning or design details before your event. An overview of your entire event is conducted.  Review and confirmations will be made with any vendors contracted for your event.  This service is available as early as four (4) weeks before the event until the morning of the event. 

  • Ensure that everything on the “event” checklist is fulfilled. 
  • Complete a full assessment of everything scheduled to take place  
  • Review, confirm and contact all professionals/vendors involved for confirmation of delivery and pick-up 
  • Review and confirm the event timeline  
  • Review and confirm all RSVPs and attendees 
  • Review and confirm any special guests, speeches, etc. 
  • Confirm all the necessary details with vendors
  • Review and confirm any special pick-up or drop-offs

WALK THROUGH - $600

Designed for those who enjoy planning the details for their event; however, would like a helping hand managing all the specifics planned for the day of the event. It Will help set up any décor, and organize and execute all the details you have planned for your event so you can enjoy the event you planned. I will work with all the vendors you have contracted for your event, execute the event timeline and provide all event team vendors with a copy of the timeline. Remove yourself from the planning process and coordination and enjoy the day with your guests. Our team will provide two (2) event coordinators for up to eight (8) hours of onsite assistance, who will remain at the venue for the duration of your event, and make sure all is in order and the event runs smoothly.  ONE DAY, THE DAY OF THE EVENT. (10 HOUR SERVICE) 

Oversee setup of event ceremony/reception, including but not limited to; 

  •  Make sure the reception & ceremony is set up to your design wishes,  
  •  Coordination of event timeline 
  •  Arrangement of processional and recessional (if applicable)
  •  Ensuring that all guests are seated as the processional and recessional walks take place (if applicable) 
  •  Make certain that the party is lined up properly for introductions and in the correct order (if applicable)  
  •  Placements & distributions of florals (arrangements at altering, proper pinning of boutonnieres, distribution  of bouquets, ring bearer & flower girl items) 
  • Proper placements of specialty items (unity candles, sand ceremony vases, special touches, etc...) 
  • Distribution or placement of ceremony programs o Arrangement of receiving line (if applicable) 
  • Escort and place cards, guest book, menu cards, favors, centerpieces, photos, and specialty items, and put  the finishing touches on your event 
  • Properly cue and prepare any guest(s) making speeches, blessings, or toasts 
  • Assist with vendor deliveries
  • Ensure all vendors receive final payments (if needed) & Ensure proper wrap-up of the event
  • Create a stress-free day

PIECE OF MIND - $1,050 (Full Service)

This package is here to help you design the perfect Blueprint for your Reservation, so you can Walk Through your special event with Peace of Mind. This is a customized package designed to assist with ALL event planning and design aspects from budget, theme, color, style, venue selection, vendor referrals, vendor management, vendor meetings, guest accommodations, transportation arrangements, favors, guest welcome packages, seating assignments, programs, event timeline and more. From the beginning to the end.     

This package includes the Blueprint and the Reservation package, as well as the services listed: 

  • Attend two (2) vendor appointments (i.e.; venue, florist, entertainment) if the client so desires 
  • Create/develop overall event design, theme, and décor concept
  • Collaborate with vendors to achieve event design, including and not limited to Room/Tent layout &  design, rentals and linens/tent/chairs; Invitations; Lighting; Save the date; Welcome letters; Ceremony  program; Menu cards; Place cards/poster seating; Table numbers/names; Party favors; Hospitality  baskets; Amenity baskets; Guest sign-in books and Posters/photos 
  • Arrange venue/vendor site visits (if needed) 
  • Ensuring that all parties involved receive the proper event information  
  • Creation of a comprehensive event timeline & checklist schedule for vendors and wedding party 
  • Review and confirm music selection with selected musicians to ensure music selection is correct and in order 
  • Ensuring each table is set according to the final seating chart
  • Review of any Introductions, parent dances, cake cutting, speeches, etc… 
  • Prepare “Guests of Honor” for scheduled Grande entrances (if applicable) 
  • Coordination of and attendance at the ceremony rehearsal (if applicable) 
  • Work together with your assigned Maitre’d, catering staff & banquet captain to ensure your event flows smoothly and in the order you wish. (if applicable)* 
  • Review and ensure that proper dispersal of event funds is managed properly and to your liking 
  • Coordination & confirmations of vendors one week before an event corresponding to your timeline &  checklist  
  • Review of venue/vendor contract negotiations of final vendor selections (if necessary) 
  • Assist in ceremony rehearsal (if needed)
  • Deliver bags/welcome baskets to hotels (if applicable) 
  • Address any related issues or concerns before the day of the event 
  • Arrange and coordinate any transportation schedules 

DESTINATION PLANNING & DESIGN - starting at $2,000

Destination Events come with their own unique set of challenges. Our Destination Planning Service considers all your needs for a destination event. Whether you want to exclusively buy out a property for the weekend, provide travel assistance for your guests, or work out a ferry schedule to a remote location, our experienced team will handle the details.

  • Book any necessary excursions, flights, and hotels, as well as arrange transport according to client specifications.
  • Negotiate the best rates with hotels, rental companies, tour guides, and restaurants. 
  • Answer all clients’ questions and address complaints in a timely manner. 
  • Conduct research, which may include visiting hotels, resorts, and restaurants.
