Hostess helpers are often needed for special events because they can provide assistance with a wide range of tasks that might be required to ensure that the event runs smoothly. They are responsible for things like greeting guests, directing them to the appropriate areas, and helping them with any questions or concerns they may have. Hostess helpers can also help with setting up and taking down decorations, preparing and serving food and drinks, and ensuring that the event space remains clean and tidy throughout the event. Additionally, they can act as a point of contact for vendors, performers, or other individuals involved in the event, helping to coordinate schedules and ensuring that everything is running on time. Overall, hostess helpers play a vital role in ensuring that special events are successful and enjoyable for all involved.
Fast & efficient set-up including decorations, table settings, and warmers. Presenting food attractively and serving guests graciously. Our greeter will greet your guest and guide your guests to seats, food, drinks, and open doors with a smile.
Helping with serving food and drinks, managing coat checks, and providing general assistance to the host or event planner. Our Hostess Helpers can also serve as a point of contact for guests who have questions or need assistance during the event. They play an important role in making sure everything runs smoothly and ensuring that guests are well taken care of.
Our trained Hostess Helpers and I will help you enjoy your party while we take care of your guests. Serving drinks, appetizers, and refilling plates seamlessly throughout the entire event. We can serve your choice of catered food, or you can try out some of my own menu offerings. Our talented bartender can make a variety of delicious cocktails and look great doing it.
We'll keep your party looking great by cleaning up during and after it ends. Our Hostess Helpers will happily pick up plates, cups, utensils, garbage, etc. Just let us know the extent of the clean-up services you'd like us to take on.
Rates may vary by event need and time of year with a 3-hour minimum. Up to 10 miles of travel time is included at no charge (from the helpers residence to your event location). You are charged from the time of arrival to the time of departure. Your helper(s) will arrive prior to your guests, and remain later for cleanup. Your helper will stay as long as needed unless dismissed, enabling you to "Be a Guest at Your Own Party".
Depending on the choice of menu, style of dishes, type of event, and number of guests; the following should give us all the information needed to send you a quote within 24 hrs.
3 HOUR MINIMUM
Rate varies by size of party and number of guests, ranging from $25-$50/hr.
